Tell the project team whether different areas need different temperatures or operating hours. If simultaneous heating and cooling is a requirement, ask whether the specific proposed configuration supports it; this capability should not be assumed from the VRF label alone.

• Review indoor and outdoor equipment locations, piping routes, drainage, and access for service.
• Clarify the controls, scheduling, and any building-management integration included in the proposal.
• Ask how installation will be staged around occupants and existing equipment.
• Request commissioning, operator instruction, maintenance requirements, and warranty terms in writing.

Provide the manufacturer, model information, affected zones, and any displayed fault codes when requesting service. Mention whether the issue affects one indoor unit or several and whether recent work changed system operation.
